General Warranty

GENERAL WARRANTY
Warranty and Replacement Policy
All VIVA products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering all manufacturing defects. (All free accessories are not covered under warranty.)

Warranty Period and Target Audience Conditions
Warranty service is automatically registered when the original purchaser orders and receives the product from our online store and is only available to the original purchaser.

Regarding warranty transfer, you are eligible for warranty service only if both of the following conditions are met:

The warranty period has not expired since the original owner received the 1-year warranty package;

The new owner has the original purchaser's name and original order number.

Warranty Products
VIVA will replace any component found to be defective or damaged (including damage caused during shipping).

This warranty does not cover the following:

Corrosion

Discoloration, scratches and impact marks

Impact damage

Irreversible modifications (such as drilling or welding)

Water damage

Batteries

Batteries are covered by a prorated 1-year warranty period.

During the first year of service, if a battery becomes defective, we will repair or replace it at no charge to the customer. Repaired or replaced batteries are warranted for the same period as the original date of purchase.

No cash refunds are available.

Batteries may only be evaluated and found defective directly by VIVA

This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

Defects or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use, improper storage, abnormal contact with liquids, contact with chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
Defects or damage caused by unauthorized modifications;
Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage (unless caused by VIVA);
The serial number or bar code of the product has been removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible;
Normal wear and tear;
Defects or damage to the product caused by the use of accessories, products or auxiliary/peripheral equipment not supplied or approved by ROXANA STORE S.R.L.;
Defects or damage to the product caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair or adjustment not in accordance with the assembly instructions or user manual;
Defects or damage caused by external causes, such as collision, fire, flood, storm, lightning strike, earthquake, severe weather, theft, blown fuses or misuse of any power source.
Additionally, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by the following actions or circumstances:

Charging with a battery charger that is not designed or suitable for use with the battery;

Improper use of the battery charger;

If any battery seal is broken or shows signs of tampering;

If the battery has been used in equipment other than the specified bicycle.

1. Warranty Claims
All claims under this warranty must be made through "VIVA" and sent to mabeltorrin2@gmail.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged merchandise are required for any warranty claim. Before making a warranty claim, we recommend that you contact "VIVA" at mabeltorrin2@gmail.com as there may be a simple solution that does not require a claim. Valid warranty claims made within one year of initial purchase will be processed through "VIVA".

2. Shipping Damage Claims
In rare cases, merchandise may be damaged during shipping. If any damage occurs during shipping, please contact mabeltorrin2@gmail.com and send photo or video proof.

If the free accessories are scratched during shipping, we will not provide replacement or compensation.

Note: We do not accept shipping damage claims made more than 7 days after receiving any product.
